Step-by-step

Click on Campaigns in the left sidebar and select Create
Choose a basic template and select the minimal layout
Click the logo element and select Set Logo to upload your brand image
Drag and drop content blocks or click existing ones to edit text and images
Click the CTA button to set the link destination and style the shape and color
Add social media links to the footer section
Preview the email on mobile and uncheck Link desktop and mobile styles if specific mobile adjustments are needed
Send a test message to yourself before finishing

Options

Design from scratch or use a fully designed template
Scale images using a slider
Edit text via the toolbar or directly in HTML code
Link buttons to a website, email address, or phone number
Change button shapes (e.g., pill shape) and remove borders

Watch out for

The Mailchimp logo in the footer can only be removed on a paid plan
The mailing address is a required part of the footer and will be included by Mailchimp even if deleted in the editor

Tips

Use a basic or minimal layout rather than a fully designed template for a modern newsletter look
Use keyboard shortcuts like Control+B or Control+I to style text quickly
Always preview how the email looks on mobile before saving
Send a test message to yourself to verify the final result
