Terms of Service
Last updated June 9, 2026
1. Agreement to these Terms
By accessing or using DemoBook (the “Service”), operated by NostrCorp, Inc. (“NostrCorp”, “we”, “us”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. What DemoBook is
DemoBook is a catalog of publicly available software product demonstration videos and clips. We index and organize video content that is hosted on third-party platforms (such as YouTube) and embed it through those platforms’ official players. We do not host, own, or claim ownership of that video content.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to disrupt or compromise it, scraping or harvesting content except as permitted by law, using it to violate any law or third-party right, or circumventing technical limitations.
5. Third-party content and trademarks
Videos, product names, logos, and trademarks shown on DemoBook are the property of their respective owners. Embedded videos remain subject to the terms and privacy policies of the platforms that host them (for example, YouTube). The presence of a product or video on DemoBook does not imply any affiliation with, sponsorship by, or endorsement from its owner.
6. Affiliate disclosure
Some links on DemoBook are affiliate links. If you click one and take a qualifying action, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. This does not influence which demos we show or how we rank them.
7. Our intellectual property
The DemoBook name, logo, design, organization, and original text are owned by NostrCorp and protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy or reuse them without our permission.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that information on the Service — including demos, descriptions, pricing, or the availability of third-party products — is accurate, complete, or current.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NostrCorp will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the Service or reliance on its content.
10. Changes
We may modify the Service or these Terms at any time. Material changes are reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
