  6. Go to each band and increase the Post Gain knob to match the amount of reduction (e.g., +3dB gain for -3dB reduction).
  7. Toggle the Maximus effect on and off to verify the bands sound glued together.

  • Use the OTT plugin at 7-20% depth as a one-click multiband compression alternative.
  • Hold Alt while adjusting knobs for finer control.

  • Do not exceed 3 or 4 dB of reduction on any single band.
  • Ensure you are listening to the loudest part of the track (chorus or drop) while making adjustments.
