Step-by-step

Go to Plugins in your WordPress dashboard and click Add New
Search for Mailchimp for WooCommerce, click Install Now, and then Activate
Click Connect Your Account and log in with your Mailchimp username and password
Click Allow to authorize the connection between Mailchimp and your store
Configure your store settings including name, address, and phone number
Select the Mailchimp audience list you want to sync with your store
Enter the 'From' name and email address you want to use for customer communications
Enable the 'Visible at checkout' option to add a newsletter subscription checkbox
Click Start Sync

Options

Change the 'From' email address to a custom professional email
Modify store locale and address details during the setup wizard

Watch out for

You must provide a phone number during the store configuration step to proceed

Tips

Enable the 'subscribe to our newsletter' option at checkout so customers can join your list directly while purchasing
Use a professional email address (e.g., customer@yourdomain.com) for the 'From' email field
