Mailchimp: Create a first-time customer thank you automation

Step-by-step
- Click the Create (pencil) icon and select Emails.
- Choose Automated and select the E-commerce tab.
- Select Thank first-time customers and choose your subscriber list.
- Edit the delay trigger (e.g., 1 hour, immediately, or days) and click Begin.
- Design your email by entering the subject line and selecting a template.
- Drag the Promo Code block into your email layout.
- Select your specific promo code (e.g., SAVE10) from the block settings.
- Click Save and Continue, then click Start Sending to activate the automation.
