Demonstrates dragging a product recommendation feed into the email and configuring it to show recently viewed products from a connected store.
Step-by-step
- Drag and drop the Product Rec block into your email
- Choose a store from the dropdown menu
- Select an existing product feed or click 'Create a new feed'
- Set the recommendation type, such as 'recently viewed'
- Pick a fallback recommendation for customers with insufficient data
- Name the feed and click Save
- Adjust the layout and background color in the Content tab
- Modify text styles in the Design tab
Options
- Create a new feed directly from the dropdown
- Add a filter to show products from a specific collection only
- Customize background colors and text styles
Watch out for
- You must have a store connected to Mailchimp to use this block
Tips
- Use a fallback recommendation in case your store doesn't have enough customer data for a specific user
