Step-by-step

Select the Import CSV option
Upload your CSV file
Map the email field to the corresponding column
Type in custom field names (e.g., 'country') if they are not provided in the default list and hit enter
Map the name field to 'First Name'
Enter a name for the import to identify the source
Click Start Import

Create custom fields manually by typing them into the mapping interface

Tips

Give the import a name that you will remember, such as the name of the provider you are migrating from
Focus on mapping only the important fields you want to keep and ignore the rest
