Kit: Import subscribers via CSV

Step-by-step

  1. Click Add subscribers
  2. Click Import a CSV
  3. Drag and drop your CSV file into the upload area or click Open to select it
  4. Choose how the individuals should be categorized
  5. Select the tags to apply to the imported subscribers
  6. Map the CSV columns to the corresponding fields (e.g., Email, First Name) in the mapping area
  7. Click Import subscribers

Watch out for

  • Imported individuals will trigger any automation rules currently running on the tags or sequences they are added to

Tips

  • Ensure you click inside each box in the mapping area to verify the CSV fields match the correct platform fields
