Step-by-step
- Click Add subscribers
- Click Import a CSV
- Drag and drop your CSV file into the upload area or click Open to select it
- Choose how the individuals should be categorized
- Select the tags to apply to the imported subscribers
- Map the CSV columns to the corresponding fields (e.g., Email, First Name) in the mapping area
- Click Import subscribers
Watch out for
- Imported individuals will trigger any automation rules currently running on the tags or sequences they are added to
