Step-by-step

Click on Create Automation and select New Automation
Enter a name for the automation and click Save Automation
Click Add Trigger and select Signed Up
Add a Time Delay by clicking the plus button or dragging the item into the workflow
Configure the delay duration
Add a True or False branch and click Configure Step
Add a condition such as 'Days without open is greater than 1'
Add Send Email steps to both the True and False branches

Options

Use pre-built automation templates
Drag and drop items into the workflow instead of clicking the plus button

Watch out for

You always need to start the workflow with a trigger
