Step-by-step

Navigate to Posts and click Start Writing
Select a template or start with a blank post
Click on images to upload new files or content blocks to edit text
Use the plus (+) button to add custom elements like videos
Select your audience and enter a catchy subject line and preview text
Configure post URL, email capture settings (Gated or Popup), and comment permissions
Update SEO meta title and description with relevant keywords
Click Review and choose to either Schedule for a later date or Publish Now

Options

Start from a Beehiiv template or a blank page
A/B test subject lines to compare performance
Add share buttons to headers
Enable Gated content to require a subscription to read
Hide posts from the public feed
Redirect YouTube video links

Watch out for

The default post title may lack keywords necessary for Google SEO ranking
