Step-by-step
- Go to the Audience tab and select Automations
- Click on Create Automation
- Select the trigger for when a user submits a form
- Add a Send Email step to the flow
- Select an email template and customize the details
- Click the plus icon to add a Delay step
- Set the specific wait time for the delay
- Click Save in the top right corner once finished
Options
- Send a test email to yourself before finalizing
- Change the specific duration of the wait time in the delay settings
Tips
- Make sure the email template and details are to your liking before proceeding to the next step
