Step-by-step

Navigate to Subscribers and select Import.
Click on New Subscribers Import.
Upload your CSV file and click Next.
Configure optional settings like welcome emails, automations, or tags.
Click Confirm Subscribers Import, then click Import.
Map your CSV columns to custom fields by selecting Create New Custom Field.
Define the field name and data type (e.g., Text) and click Save.
Select the newly created fields for your columns and click Import.
Verify the import status in the Audience > Subscribers dashboard.

Tips

Upload a CSV file rather than copying and pasting, as most providers allow CSV downloads for easy migration.
Wait a few minutes for the import status to change to 'completed' before checking your subscriber list.
