Step-by-step

Enter your sender name
Scroll to preset emails and click Configure welcome email
Input the subject line and preview text
Navigate to the Write tab to input the body content
Click the plus button and select Merge tags to add personalization like first name
Click Style to adjust colors for elements like the email footer
Click Preview to check the layout on desktop and mobile views
Click Save and toggle the email status to On
