Adobe Audition: Exporting with Adobe Media Encoder

Step-by-step

  1. Go to File and select Export.
  2. Select Add to Adobe Media Encoder Queue.
  3. Click the blue text in the Output File column to set the save destination.
  4. Click the blue text in the Format/Preset column to open export settings.
  5. Scroll down to the VBR settings and adjust the bit rate.
  6. Click OK.
  7. Press the green Play button to start the render.

Tips

  • Use Adobe Media Encoder if you are familiar with the Premiere Pro export interface.
  • Increase the VBR bit rate higher than 15 if you are exporting in 4K.
  • Set the VBR bit rate to 15 for 1080p exports.
