Step-by-step
- Go to File and select Export.
- Select Add to Adobe Media Encoder Queue.
- Click the blue text in the Output File column to set the save destination.
- Click the blue text in the Format/Preset column to open export settings.
- Scroll down to the VBR settings and adjust the bit rate.
- Click OK.
- Press the green Play button to start the render.

Tips
- Use Adobe Media Encoder if you are familiar with the Premiere Pro export interface.
- Increase the VBR bit rate higher than 15 if you are exporting in 4K.
- Set the VBR bit rate to 15 for 1080p exports.
