Step-by-step
- Navigate to the Grow tab and select Landing Pages & Forms
- Click Create New and select Form
- Choose the Inline form type
- Select a template from the available options
- Click the plus icon to add a new field for the subscriber's name
- Customize the font styles and colors in the sidebar
- Click Publish to access the JavaScript embed code
Options
- Add an image to the form template
- Change the field label from 'Email' to 'Email Address'
- Toggle between different form templates if the current one doesn't fit
Watch out for
- Ensure you have the correct field mapping for the name field so it saves correctly
