Step-by-step

  1. Click Create New and select Landing Page
  2. Choose a template from the available categories
  3. Click the image to select Replace and upload your own file
  4. Edit the text fields for the headline, description, and form labels
  5. Click Add Page to create a custom Thank You page
  6. Go to Settings and select the Thank You page as the redirect destination
  7. Under the Incentive tab, upload the file you want subscribers to download
  8. Click Save and then Publish to generate the landing page link

Options

  • Filter templates by specific categories
  • Add additional form fields like phone number
  • Toggle the incentive confirmation email on or off
  • Show a success message instead of redirecting to a Thank You page
  • Remove the 'Built with Kit' badge (requires paid plan)

Watch out for

  • You cannot move elements around freely as you would in some other page builders
  • The 'Built with Kit' disclaimer will remain on the page unless you are on a paid plan

Tips

  • Use title case for form labels like 'Your First Name' for a cleaner look
  • Add ellipses to form field placeholders to improve visual style
