Step-by-step

Click on Design my email within the campaign builder
Select Add Recipients and click Import contacts
Choose the Copy and paste option and click Continue
Enter the email addresses, first names, and last names into the text field
Select Subscribed from the status dropdown menu
Create or select a tag, such as Members, and click Continue to match
Manually map any unrecognized columns to the correct field name and click Confirm
Click Finalize Import and then Complete Import

Watch out for

You must manually match unrecognized columns to their corresponding fields (e.g., First Name) before finalizing the import

Tips

Ensure you set the contact status to 'Subscribed' during the organization step to ensure they can receive your campaigns
