Step-by-step

Adjust the depth and mix on the existing keys effect
Select the track and press Shift + F to add a new effect
Add the ReaEQ plugin and delete unnecessary bands
Set one band to a low pass and another to filter out the low end
Boost the upper mids around 1.5k by 9 dB
Hold the Shift key while dragging the EQ point to make the band more narrow
Add a saturation plugin and increase the intensity
Add the ping-pong pan plugin and adjust the width and speed
