  1. Click the Insert option on the top bar
  2. Select the audio or video file from your computer to import
  3. Drag the imported clip to the desired track and position on the timeline
  4. Click the play icon or press the space bar to preview the audio
  5. Use the zoom tool in the bottom right-hand corner to see more detail

Options

  • Import video files instead of audio
  • Use the space bar as a shortcut key for playback

  • Zoom in on the timeline to identify specific silence or dead air before trimming
