Step-by-step
- Drag and drop the B-roll footage onto the timeline
- Position the B-roll on a track above the original footage
- Uncheck the Linked Selection icon to unlink video and audio
- Select only the audio track of the B-roll clip
- Press delete to remove the unwanted audio
- Adjust the B-roll by zooming or trimming as needed
Watch out for
- Whatever is on the top layer of the video edit is what will be visible

- Zoom in on B-roll clips to remove unimportant details
