ComfyUI: Image-to-image generation with denoising

Demo summary

Demonstrates the image-to-image process by loading an existing photo and adjusting the denoising strength to create variations.

Step-by-step

  1. Drag the image connector out from the VAE Decode node
  2. Select Preview Image to create the output node
  3. Click Queue Prompt to start the generation
  4. Adjust the Denoising strength value in the KSampler node
  5. Click Queue Prompt again to generate a new variation

Options

  • Set Denoising strength to a low value (e.g., 0.3) for high similarity to the original
  • Set Denoising strength to a high value (e.g., 0.8) for less similarity to the original

Tips

  • Note that ComfyUI only reruns the nodes affected by changed settings, making it more efficient for iterative testing.
