Vectorizer.AI: Remove background and vectorize art with Vectorizer AI

Demo summary
The user demonstrates uploading a pixelated AI image to Vectorizer AI, reducing the color palette, and using the color selection tool to disable the background color for a transparent result.
Step-by-step
- Drag and drop your design file into the Vectorizer.AI interface
- Click on Colors in the top left corner
- Adjust the palette count to reduce the number of colors if necessary
- Identify and click on the specific background color in the palette list
- Click the checkmark on that color to disable it and make the background transparent
- Click the main checkmark to reprocess the design
- Click Download
- Set Shape Stacking to 'Stack shapes on top of each other'
- Enable 'Clip overflow' and click Download
Options
- Toggle color visibility on and off to verify which color corresponds to the background
- Reduce color count to simplify the graphic for t-shirt design
Watch out for
- Complex graphics may require clicking multiple similar colors to identify the correct background layer
Tips
- Turn down the color palette to see if you can reduce colors without losing detail; fewer colors are better for t-shirt designs
- Keep enough colors to preserve essential highlights in the artwork
