Step-by-step

Go to the broadcast email setting and click New Broadcast
Select your sending address
Click Add Filter to target specific tags, sequences, forms, or products
Enter an email subject and write your content in the editor
Insert personalization codes, images, files, or buttons as needed
Use the subscriber tags personalization option to create conditional text strings
Click Browser to preview how the email appears to recipients
Choose to send immediately or schedule the email for a specific time

Options

Send to all subscribers
Insert an HTML block
Insert a divider
Save as a draft to return to later

Watch out for

You must ensure the subscriber tag in the personalization code exactly matches the tag name in the system

Tips

Use conditional personalization to show different text strings based on whether a subscriber has a specific tag
