  4. Open up the shadows to about 40.
  5. Increase the vibrance under the Presence section.
  6. Decrease the overall saturation slider.
  7. Navigate to Hue, Saturation, and Luminance (HSL) and reduce the yellow saturation to approximately -35 to -56 to neutralize hair color.
  8. Apply a lens vignette and adjust the midpoint to focus on the subject.

Tips

  • Use vibrance instead of saturation to add punch to colors without creating an oversaturated look, as it only targets the least saturated areas.
  • Lower the yellow saturation in HSL if hair appears too golden or yellow.
  • Apply a lens vignette to help draw focus toward the center of the image.
