Step-by-step
- Select the rectangle tool from the drawing tools in the toolbar
- Click and drag on the monitor to create a box
- Double-click the box to adjust corner smoothing, opacity, and fill settings
- Select the Pen Tool and outline the border of the box
- Click, hold, and drag while drawing to smooth the line edges
- Press 'C' to stop drawing the path
- Apply the Dual Neon effect and set Anchor Intensity to 50% and Glow Intensity to 30%
- Set Trim Path start to 0% and end to 99%
- Add a keyframe for Offset at the beginning of the clip and drag it to the minimum value
- Move to the end of the clip and drag the Offset value to the maximum
Options
- Adjust element spacing to 25% if the line appears distorted or 'funky'
- Compound the elements after animation for further editing

- Use the 'C' key to quickly stop the Pen Tool drawing process
