Step-by-step
- Go to the Broadcasts page and click New Broadcast
- Select a template from the template browser
- Click any text area to edit content or add headings and buttons
- Type a slash (/) on a new line to insert elements like images
- Select a link and use the menu to assign a tag to subscribers who click it
- Click the @ symbol to insert a subscriber personalized greeting
- Use the subscriber tag conditional option to create content visible only to specific tag holders
- Click Continue to proceed to the sending stage
Options
- Upload new images, select from favorites, or use recently used files
- Search the Unsplash royalty-free library for stock photography
- Connect an Instagram account to pull images directly into emails
- Customize the fallback text for greetings (e.g., changing 'Hello' to 'Hey')
Tips
- Hover over an image and click the heart icon to add it to your favorites for faster access later
- Use link triggers to identify what your subscribers are interested in and provide more contextual content
- Type the file name of an image in the media gallery to find it quickly
