  1. Go to Window and select Audio Track Mixer.

  4. Double-click the Hard Limiter and set the limiting value to -1 dB.
  5. Select another slot and choose Dynamics from the dropdown.
  6. Double-click Dynamics and enable the Compressor by clicking its icon.
  7. Adjust the compressor ratio to 1.5 and set the threshold so it barely engages when speaking loudly.

Options

  • Apply effects to different tracks (Track 1, 2, 3, 4, etc.) individually within the mixer

Tips

  • Use a Hard Limiter to ensure audio never peaks over -1 dB.
  • Set the compressor threshold so it is 'just barely kissing' the audio to avoid over-compressing the signal.
