- Set the Sensitivity to approximately 6

- Click Render to apply the changes to the file
Options
- Process individual breaths manually by highlighting specific selections
- Toggle between 'Real Time' and rendered processing
- Adjust Gain to -50 dB for a more natural reduction rather than total removal
