Importing and managing media in Clipchamp

Step-by-step
- Click the Import media button
- Select files from your device and click Open
- Drag and drop assets from the media library onto the timeline
- Place audio assets below video assets on the timeline
- Use the Zoom to fit or Zoom in/out buttons to adjust the timeline view
- Select an asset and press Delete on your keyboard to remove it
Options
- Import media using third-party integrations via the drop-down arrow
- Click the green Add to timeline button on an asset instead of dragging
Tips
- Ensure audio files are placed specifically below video assets in the timeline layout
- Look for the green highlight to confirm which asset is selected before deleting
