Step-by-step

  1. Move the playhead to the beginning of the clip on the timeline
  2. Go to the scale property on the right-hand side
  3. Click the diamond icon to apply the first keyframe at 100% scale
  4. Move the playhead to the end of the clip
  5. Click the diamond icon again to apply a second keyframe
  6. Adjust the scale value to your desired zoom level

Options

  • Set keyframes for various properties other than scale

Tips

  • Use keyframes to make clips more engaging by adding movement
  • Observe the scale value while scrubbing the playhead to verify the linear transition between keyframes
