Step-by-step

Go to File and select Project Settings
Change the aspect ratio to 16:9
Drag a vertical picture onto the timeline and extend its duration to 7 seconds
Select the picture and add a transform keyframe at the start
Move the playhead to specific intervals (1s, 2s, 3s, 4s, 5s, 6s, and the end) to add additional keyframes with adjusted Scale and Position X values
Right-click on any keyframe point and choose Select All Keyframes
Right-click again and select Bezier Curve
Click the graph icon to minimize the graph view and preview the animation

Tips

Add keyframes with unchanged values at specific intervals to create pauses or holds in the animation movement
