Brevo: Design an email with the drag-and-drop builder

Step-by-step

1. Click on a placeholder image and select Replace to upload or search for stock images
2. Drag and drop blocks using the purple line indicator to guide placement
3. Personalize headers by adding contact attributes like First Name with a fallback value
4. Use the AI assistant by entering a prompt and clicking Generate to create text or buttons
5. Refine AI content using the Reduce content button or by requesting a friendlier tone
6. Navigate to the Style tab to modify global brand assets like background colors and button fonts
7. Adjust block spacing by selecting an element and modifying the padding pixels in the left sidebar
8. Click Preview & test to view the email layout in desktop and mobile client modes

Options

• Use Command + Z / Command + Shift + Z for undo and redo
• Shift between desktop and mobile views using Shift + D and Shift + M
• Roll back to previous versions using Version History
• Search the Stock images tab in the content library for hypothetical visuals
• Save custom sections to the Saved tab for future reuse

Watch out for

• The purple line must appear before releasing a block to ensure it lands in the correct position

Tips

• Use the AI assistant to get started with a draft, then edit the text manually to match your specific tone
• When styling buttons, use the hex code FFFFFF for pure white text
• Expand button width by clicking and dragging the edges to ensure all text fits on a single line
