- Press Ctrl J to copy the original layer
- Go to Filter and select Liquify

- Hover over the eyes in the image
- Adjust eye size and position by left-clicking and dragging on-screen or by using the sliders in the Face-Aware Liquify sidebar
Options
- Adjust eyes individually using separate left and right sliders
- Use the Forward Warp tool instead of the Face Tool for manual warping
