CapCut: Create a realistic text highlight effect

Step-by-step
- Duplicate the layer containing the text you want to highlight
- Go to the Adjustment tab on the top layer and bring the Exposure all the way down
- Go to Video, select Mask, and choose the Rectangle mask
- Stretch the rectangle to cover the specific text
- Add Feathering to the mask edges
- Select the Inverse option in the mask settings
- Drag the top layer a few frames forward and apply a Fade In animation
- Select both layers and create a Compound Clip to add a final animation to both
