Step-by-step
- Click the Plus Sign in the automation builder to open the actions menu
- Select a sending option such as a marketing email, 1-to-1 email, or SMS
- Add workflow actions like wait steps or if/else conditions to create personalized pathways
- Use the Contacts tab to manage tags or update custom fields
- Select CRM actions to automate deal creation, status updates, or task assignments
- Toggle the automation from Inactive to Active in the top right corner to launch
Options
- Send direct 1-to-1 emails for sales automation
- Set wait steps for a specific period, until a specific date, or until conditions are met
- Use a Go-To step to jump contacts to a different action in the workflow
- Use a Goal step to pull contacts forward when conditions are met
- Connect third-party tools via the Apps tab
