- Navigate to Contacts then Forms and click Create
- Enter an internal name for the form
- Tick the GDPR compliance box if targeting users in the EU

- Customize the button text and branding colors
- Link the form to a specific contact list
- Set up a double opt-in email
- Embed the form on your website using the provided iframe code
Options
- Use a Quick Share link as a mini landing page if you do not have a website
- Create custom fields for data like industry or birthday under Contact Settings > Attributes
Watch out for
- You must create custom attributes in Contact Settings before they can be added as fields to the form

- Keep form fields to a minimum and only collect the most important information
- Use specific button text like 'Get My Free Guide' instead of 'Subscribe' to improve conversion
