Step-by-step
- Go to your profile and select Senders & Domains
- Click Add Sender
- Enter a business email address and verify it via the code sent to your inbox
- Navigate to the Domains tab
- Select automatic authentication to connect your domain provider
- Copy the SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records if manual setup is required
- Add the records to your domain's DNS settings
Options
- Use automatic authentication for providers like Namecheap, GoDaddy, or Cloudflare
- Manually add DNS records if automatic authentication fails
Watch out for
- You must use an email from a business domain rather than a public provider like Gmail or Yahoo
