Create a zoom-out effect in Filmora

Demo summary
The demonstration shows how to reverse the Z-dist keyframe values and adjust the keyframe graph to achieve a zoom-out transition.
Step-by-step
- Add an adjustment layer over your clips
- Apply the S_BlurMoCurve effect to the adjustment layer
- Set the Z-dist value to 0.7 to start with a zoom
- Create a keyframe and move it to the start of the clip
- Change the Z-dist value back to 1.0 at the end point
- Open the keyframe graph and adjust the curve for smooth motion
- Copy and apply the adjustment layer to other clips as needed
Watch out for
- Requires basic preparation like speed graphs and face tracking to be completed on the clips first
Tips
- Do the opposite of a zoom-in effect by starting with a lower Z-dist value and returning to default
