Studio One Pro: Zooming and navigation in the timeline

Demo summary
The demo shows how to use the ruler to zoom vertically and horizontally, as well as using keyboard modifiers and the scroll wheel to navigate the arrangement.
Step-by-step
- Place the mouse in the ruler area at the top of the timeline.
- Click and drag down to zoom in or drag up to zoom out.
- Hold Shift and use the scroll wheel to move the timeline left and right.
- Use the scroll wheel without modifiers to move up and down.
- Click and drag the bottom edge of a track to adjust its height manually.
- Hold Command (Mac) or Control (PC) and use the scroll wheel to zoom in and out.
Options
- Use two-finger gestures on an Apple trackpad to scroll in any direction.
- Select track height presets from the size menu at the bottom of the interface.
Watch out for
- Vertical scrolling will not function if there is only one channel/track in the project.
Tips
- Zooming via the ruler centers the view over your current selection.
- Use the ruler dragging method as the primary way to quickly resize the timeline view.
