Step-by-step

Navigate to ElevenLabs Studio and click on Add sound effects and music
Upload your video scene and click Create project
Select Sound Effects and describe the sound you want in the prompt box
Set the desired duration for the sound effect
Click Generate to produce audio samples
Place the playhead at the specific timestamp in the video where the sound should begin
Click the plus button on your preferred sample to add it to the timeline
Click and drag the audio clip on the timeline to sync it perfectly with the visual cues

Adjust and trim the sound effect directly on the timeline

Tips

Use the drag-and-drop functionality on the timeline to fix timing if your initial playhead placement was slightly off
