Step-by-step
- Log into ActiveCampaign and go to Settings in the top right corner
- Select Developer from the left-hand menu
- Copy the remote MCP URL
- Navigate to Claude and go to Settings
- Select Connectors and click on Browse Connectors
- Select ActiveCampaign and click on Connect
- Paste the remote MCP URL and click Continue
- Provide ActiveCampaign login credentials and approve the connection
Watch out for
- A paid Claude account is required to enable custom tool connections
- If part of a team, an account admin must approve new connections
