Step-by-step

Upload your video to the frame extraction tool
Click on Extract Frames and download the last frame of the video
Open Multi-Reference mode in Enhancor
Paste the specific line for audio reference
Paste the line instructing the AI to reference the exact image and background as the source
Upload the extracted last frame as your reference image
Click Generate

Watch out for

You cannot use standard Image-to-Video mode because it does not support audio references
Multi-reference mode often hallucinates by placing characters in different environments unless specific prompting lines are used to lock the background

Tips
