Higgsfield: Direct a multi-shot AI video with manual controls

Demo summary

The user demonstrates the 'Multi-shot manual' video tool, setting start frames, assigning character emotions (like 'apprehensive'), and writing dialogue for a 12-second sequence.

Step-by-step

  1. Select Multi-shot manual from the generation options
  2. Click into the first shot and upload or select an image to set as the Start Frame
  3. Mention a character name in the prompt to enable character-specific controls
  4. Click the face icon to adjust character emotions using the slider
  5. Write the scene description and dialogue for the shot
  6. Repeat the process for subsequent shots, selecting new start frames for each
  7. Adjust the duration for each shot ensuring the total does not exceed 12 seconds
  8. Click Generate to process the multi-shot sequence

Options

  • Add an End Frame to help the AI understand the scene progression
  • Generate up to four shots in one sequence
  • Use 'Auto' mode to let the AI create frames based only on the initial start frame
  • Color grade the generated start frames
  • Generate multiple versions of a start frame before committing to the video

Watch out for

  • The total generation length is strictly limited to 12 seconds across all shots
  • Each image generation for a start frame costs two credits

Tips

  • Always provide a start frame as it is super important for helping the AI understand the scene
  • Include the character's name before their dialogue so the AI knows who is talking
  • Dial down the 'Fear' emotion slider to achieve an 'Apprehensive' look
  • Use specific camera directions like 'medium wide shot' or 'over the shoulder' in your prompts for better composition

Highlights

this is again, it gets wild... this is insane that this isn't a real person.
