Demo summary

The demonstration walks through the brand template wizard to select aspect ratios, caption animation styles, and logo placement. It also shows how to toggle layout options like split screen, fill, and fit for different content types.

Step-by-step

  1. Select the desired aspect ratio in the brand template wizard.
  2. Choose an animation style for your captions.
  3. Upload or select a logo to add to the template.
  4. Click on the logo to resize it and drag it to a corner of the screen.
  5. Click 'Save my templates'.
  6. Navigate to Layout settings and toggle on the layout options relevant to your content type.
  7. Select the Fill or Fit options to determine how content occupies the screen.

Options

  • Choose between 9:16, 1:1, 16:9, or 4:5 output aspect ratios
  • Select Fit view aspect ratios of original, 4:3, or 1:1
  • Toggle specific layouts like Gameplay, Screen Share, Split Screen, Three-person, or Four-person views

Tips

  • Position the logo in the corner so it complements the video without overtaking the content.
  • Turn off layout options you won't use, such as gameplay or multi-guest layouts, to streamline the AI processing.
  • Keep both Fill and Fit layout options enabled to give the AI more flexibility.
  • Use the Fit view to show the entirety of a clip with a blurred background on the top and bottom.

Highlights

is really cool. Fortunately, Opus Clip has a wizard that they're going to walk you through when it comes to setting all of this up.
