Trimming and splitting clips in CapCut

Step-by-step
- Drag the playhead to the desired point in the footage
- Click the Split icon in the timeline or press Control + B to divide the clip
- Select the unwanted portion of the clip and press Delete
- Hover over the end of a clip until the cursor changes, then click and drag the edge to the playhead
- Press Q to ripple trim and delete everything to the left of the playhead
- Press W to ripple trim and delete everything to the right of the playhead

Tips
