Step-by-step

Right-click anywhere on the canvas
Select Add Node from the top of the menu
Navigate to Image, then Upscaling, and select Upscale Image (by)
Enter the upscale factor (e.g., 2) and click OK
Connect the output of the decoding node to the input of the upscaling node
Connect the output of the upscaling node to the save image node
Click Run in the top right corner
