ActiveCampaign: Create a task at the contact level

  1. Navigate to the contact record of the person you want to follow up with
  2. Locate the Task section and click Add a task
  3. Enter a title for the task
  4. Select a task type from the dropdown menu
  5. Add a description and set a reminder notification time
  6. Click to save the task
  7. Mark the task as complete by clicking the checkbox once finished
