Step-by-step
- Navigate to the contact record of the person you want to follow up with
- Locate the Task section and click Add a task
- Enter a title for the task
- Select a task type from the dropdown menu
- Add a description and set a reminder notification time
- Click to save the task
- Mark the task as complete by clicking the checkbox once finished
Options
- Create tasks at the deal level instead of the contact level
- Choose between task types: call, email, lunch, or meeting
