Animate characters with Google Flow

Step-by-step

1. Search for Google Flow in your browser and click 'Create with Flow'
2. Click 'New Project' and use the plus sign to upload your images from the photo library
3. Set the mode to 'Video' and the aspect ratio to '9 by 16' for portrait orientation
4. Ensure the model is set to 'Video 3 Fast'
5. Click 'Start' and select the image for Scene 1
6. Paste the image prompt from ChatGPT into the prompt field
7. Copy the dialogue script from ChatGPT and paste it into the dialogue script field
8. Click 'Send' or 'Generate' to create the clip
9. Repeat the process for subsequent scenes by updating the start image, prompt, and dialogue
10. Download the finished clips by selecting 'Original size 720p'

Options

• Indicate specific accents for the voiceover within the dialogue script field
• Combine dialogue from multiple characters if it fits within the 8-second limit

Watch out for

• Google Flow generates videos with a maximum duration of 8 seconds
• You must manually change the default 'Image' setting to 'Video' before proceeding

Tips

• Check that the image has fully loaded under the 'Start' bar before pasting prompts
• Delete any extra text or metadata copied from ChatGPT when pasting dialogue scripts
• Organize your workflow scene by scene to ensure prompts and dialogue match the specific image
