  6. Set an access phrase to password-protect the video
  7. Scroll to the bottom to view participant data and comment counts

Options

  • Turn off audio during playback
  • Set visibility to 'Only people with the link' or 'Only us'
  • Disallow fast-forwarding to ensure viewers watch the entire video
  • Download the video

Watch out for

  • Viewers must enter the secret access phrase to view the video if one is set

Tips

  • Use an access phrase for onboarding or internal staff videos to keep information from being generally available
