- Navigate to the Image and Video section in ElevenLabs
- Select Video Generation
- Choose the Google VO3.1 model
- Drag your image into the tool as a start frame
- Enter a text prompt describing the desired movement
- Set the resolution to 1080p
- Adjust the duration to at least 6 seconds
- Click Generate
- Select the preferred video and click Upscale Video
